Client Program / Project Description. In response to the approved Transportation Enhancement grant, this project includes 1.5 miles of pedestrian sidewalk and landscape improvements along U.S. 191 in Clifton, AZ.
WSA Scope and Role. Work included a Design Concept Report that focused on project scope, background data, and other project considerations, such as environmental requirements, right-of-way requirements, and seasonal considerations; design of a pedestrian rest stop, sidewalk layout, and plant and irrigation design.
